Zevion is a puzzle game built around strategic tile placement and crystal merging mechanics. The playing field consists of a grid of cells. At the bottom of the screen, you always have three tiles available, each containing one to four crystals. Your goal is to place these tiles into the grid cells, positioning them carefully to trigger merges and clear the board. When adjacent cells contain tiles with matching crystals, those crystals automatically combine into a single tile if space allows. Once a tile is completely filled with identical crystals, it is destroyed and you earn points. The more efficiently you plan your placements, the higher your score. As you progress, new levels become available, each introducing a wider variety of crystal types that require more thoughtful decisions and longer-term planning.
