WHAT IS THE METAVERSE

Coined in Snow Crash, Neal Stephenson’s 1992 sci-fi novel, the term refers to a convergence of physical, augmented, and virtual reality in a shared online space. Simply put, the metaverse is the future of social engagement, commerce and gaming. Future generations will never know a world without it and every aspect of their life will touch it in some way. It’s the forefront of innovation and a mega priority for every major enterprise in our current world.
