The objective is to be the first to reach a certain number of points. Truco Venezolano is played with a deck of 40 Spanish cards (without eights, nines, or jokers). It's a multiplayer game for 2 or 4 players in teams of 2. For each round, each player gets three cards dealt. The turned-over card is called "Vira". The player that throws the highest card wins the hand, and the best of three hands wins the round. Their score depends on the points given by the plays they agreed on.
